You control user and admin permissions inside Nextcloud. Operational access by b'nerd is restricted to what is necessary for service operation and troubleshooting, and follows documented processes.

Yes. SSO via SAML and OpenID Connect is included in all tiers. We support Azure AD, Google Workspace, and compatible identity providers.

Each tier includes a baseline number of users and storage per user. If you add users beyond the baseline, you pay the tier's per-user rate: +€8/user/mo on Files, +€11/user/mo on Office, +€18/user/mo on Teamwork. Extra storage adds at +€15 per 100 GB per month across all tiers.

Yes. We handle the migration actively — planning, test migrations where needed, and a controlled cutover. We update your instance to the current release before the final migration.

Yes. Nextcloud provides migration tools and we can assist with planning the data transfer. Scope and timeline depend on data volume and source — we clarify this during planning.

Contract and Payment

With monthly payment, the contract duration is one month. With annual payment in advance (including 15% discount), the contract duration is one year.

Yes, upgrades and downgrades are possible at any time. For downgrades we check first that the move is feasible (e.g. available storage fits the lower tier's allocation).

Yes. For business customers we provide the contractual documents typically required for GDPR, including a data processing agreement where applicable.
