The Operator automates the entire lifecycle — from provisioning to ongoing operations.
- Define a pool
- A pool describes the template for Nextcloud instances: resources, storage, version, and available services. The Operator keeps ready-made instances available for instant assignment.
- Provision an instance
- A new Nextcloud instance is assigned from the pool in seconds. Database, storage, ingress, and optional services like Talk are configured automatically.
- Manage centrally
- SSO configuration, app bundles, and tenant profiles are defined centrally and automatically applied across all instances.
- Operate & lifecycle
- Updates, backups, monitoring, and scaling run automatically. The Operator handles ongoing operations — across the entire lifecycle.
