Since 2017, we’ve operated managed cloud platforms and apps for companies from startups to large enterprises — on our own infrastructure, with clear responsibilities and an operating model built for traceability.

We operate highly available managed IT infrastructure on proven open-source technologies:

All systems are monitored 24×7. Response and escalation paths are defined per SLA.

Data Centers

We operate our cloud platform in an EN 50600 (VK4) and ISO 27001 certified data center (de-muc1) in Munich, Germany.

Security

Security is part of the operating model: hardening, least-privilege access, segmentation, and an ISO 27001 certified process.

Performance

Current hardware — Intel CPUs, ECC RAM, and NVMe SSDs — for predictable performance.
